Expression Pattern :

Pattern  apm-1 was expressed ubiquitously throughout development, its expression was stronger in neurons, as demonstrated by the bright fluorescence in the nerve ring. When examining the apm-1 expression by lacZ reporter assays, also observed high expression of apm-1 in the intestine.
