    Expr12485   GEX-3 showed cortical localization with some enrichment at apical borders between Ep and MS granddaughters.
A rescuing gex-3::gfp line shows expression similar to that of the antibody to GEX-3, with enrichment at the boundaries of all cells in the embryo starting at the 100-cell stage. The GEX-2 immunostaining but not GEX-3 immunostaining disappears at all stages in gex-2(RNAi) embryos. Likewise, the GEX-3 immunostaining but not GEX-2 immunostaining disappears at all stages in gex-3(RNAi) embryos.   Expr1828 GEX-3 staining was observed in all cells beginning at the two-cell stage and extending throughout embryogenesis. In wild-type embryos, GEX-3 appeared to be enriched at cell boundaries.
