    Expr15675 We observed broad mCherry::TMEM-39 expression in multiple tissues, particularly the nervous system, hypoderm, and intestine. Both transgenic strains showed TMEM-39 localization to cytosolic puncta, largely colocalizing with GFP-tagged lysosome-associated membrane protein LMP-1. By contrast, TMEM-39 did not colocalize with a Golgi- targeted reporter mans::gfp, suggesting that TMEM-39 protein primarily localizes to compartments closely associated with lysosomes, at least in hypoderm.
