• Pattern: Expression first seen in comma stage embryo: general but slightly stronger laterally. Late embryos show expression that looks similar to post hatching. All stages post hatching show neuronal expression in head and tail including ventral nerve cord; and large cell in head that appears to be the gland cell. L4 and adults show expression in the spermathecae and in a stripe down each side that could be the seam cells.
