• Pattern: Fluoresence detected in the ALA, GLR, and other neurons. Muscle expression was observed in the VMI, intestinal muscle cells, certain anterior body wall muscles and probably the anal sphinctor. GFP was also present in the seam, distal tip cells, celomocytes, a socket cell associated with a nonamphid neuron, as well as other as yet unidentified cells.
