Expression Pattern :

Pattern  GFP expression in most if not all nuclei during embryogenesis and in newly hatched L1s. During larval development, fluorescence observed in many nuclei in the head and tail regions. GFP was also present in hypodermal cells throughout development. At the time of vulval induction, GFP was visible in all P3.p to P8.p cells and persisted until after the P3.p to P8.p cell divisions and vulval morphogenesis were complete.
