Expression Pattern :

Pattern  GFP expression was observed from late embryogenesis through to the adult, in the body wall, in the hypodermis and possibly some muscle cells. GFP was present in many neurons in the head, tail and ventral nerve cord. In the L4, GFP was seen in the developing vulva and uterus, and possibly in vulval muscle, sometimes continuing into the adult. Primary Identifier  Expr9825
