Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Very broad GFP expression was observed from early embryo to adult, although the fluorescence was weaker and less widespread in adults. GFP was seen in many neurons in the head, tail and ventral nerve cord throughout the larval stages, with fewer showing fluorescence in the adult. GFP was seen in the hypodermis, and possibly body wall muscle, through the length of the body. GFP was also present in the developing vulva and uterus. Primary Identifier  Expr9839
