• Pattern: During tail tip morphogenesis (mL4 = mid-L4), foci of NMY-2::GFP are observed at the apical surfaces of the migrating tail tip cells. An NMY- 2::GFP cap forms at the posterior surface of the migrating tail tip cells, and later (lL4 = late L4) along the ventral surface of the entire male tail.
