• Pattern: By using a GLB-3 translational reporter strain we revealed that GLB-3 is expressed in the reproductive and the nervous system. Within the reproductive system, GLB-3 could be localized in vulval muscle cells and the proximal part of the gonadal sheet. In the nervous system, GLB-3 is expressed in a selection of head and tail neurons and the nerve cords along the body.
