Expression Pattern :

Pattern  IFA-2::GFP protein localizes to the epidermal fibrous organelles (hemidesmosomes), the uterine seam and touch neurons. Uterine expression includes both utse and uv cells. The seam expression appears at the L4-adult molt and probably correlates with expression of IFA-2 in both the utse and the seam cells as they terminally differentiate. Primary Identifier  Expr12514
