• Pattern: We confirmed that the endogenously expressed CHDP-1 mainly localizes to the cell cortex and is expressed in many cell types, if not all, including the cell bodies of the PVD neurons. Due to the relatively limited resolution of the spinning-disk confocal imaging, we could not determine whether the endogenous CHDP-1 localizes onto the cell cortex in the PVD dendrites.
