Expression Pattern :

Pattern  GFP was detected in the nuclei of most, if not all, somatic cells in transgenic tra-4(bc45) hermaphrodites. GFP was detected as early as the 28-cell stage of embryogenesis and persisted throughout development and adult life. Ptra-4gfp-tra-4 was also expressed in most, if not all, somatic cells, including the CEMs, in transgenic tra-4(bc45) males. tra-4 gene is expressed throughout the soma of both hermaphrodites and males.
