Expression Pattern :

Pattern  GFP expression was observed from early embryogenesis to the mature adult. GFP was localized to many nuclei in the head and tail from L1 to adult The expression appeared to be mainly neuronal, with possibly some hypodermal expression as well. There was also expression in the rectal-intestinal valve and rectal cells, and some faint intestinal expression in adults. The brightest fluorescence was seen just prior to hatching.
