Expression Pattern :

Pattern  To understand which cells or tissues of C. elegans may express azyx-1, we generated an extrachromosomal azyx-1 reporter strain (LSC1959). We observed a strong fluorescent signal in body wall muscle, vulval muscle, and very faintly in unidentified structures in the head and tail. This fluorescence pattern was consistent, as observed in L4 and adult worms. Primary Identifier  Expr16513
