| Algorithm | DAM methylation profiles derived from three biological replicates fed on daf-2 RNAi (no heat shock) showed a high degree of correlation between replicates. Sequences was identified with methylation peaks in the top 1% of smoothed log2 ratios (log2 ratio > 1.5) and within the gene boundary or 2kb upstream of the translational start.
