Pattern  During development, inx-18 shows no expression until after early morphogenesis. inx-18 is mainly expressed in head and tail neurons starting around threefold stage. Expression in the alimentary canal: Strong and consistent expression in g1. Expression in the nervous system: ADL, ASI, ASK, AVJ, AVK, DVA, DVC, IL1 (L and R only), IL2 (L and R only), PVT.
