Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Strong expression of bus-18 was observed in the rectal epithelial cells, but in addition wide-spread expression was observed in other epithelial cells. General expression in the hypodermis and vulva was observed, as well as in the labial support and arcade cells in the head, the excretory gland cell, the spermatheca, and the phasmid socket and sheath cells. gland cell of the secretory-excretory system, sends processes to ring, opens into excretory duct. excretory gland cell exc gl WBbt:0005776
Interfacial (hypodermal) cells which connect the hypodermal epithelium of the lips to the pharyngeal epithelium, firmly binding the inner tissue (the pharynx) to the outer bodywall (the hypodermis). arcade cell   WBbt:0005793
sensillum of inner or outer labial. labial sensillum   WBbt:0005107
These cells include: B, F, Y, U, K' and K. All rectal epithelial cells contain secretory membrane stacks along this region facing the lumenal cuticle and produce some portion of the cuticular lining of the rectum. These are interfacial cells that connect the alimentary system to the main body syncytium. rectal epithelial cell rectal epithelium WBbt:0008182
