Expression Pattern :

Pattern  In adult hermaphrodites, 608F antigen existed ubiquitously in the cytoplasm of the oogonium and all oocytes. In adult males, the 608F antigen was distributed ubiquitously in the cytoplasm of spermatogonium and spermatocytes. It was previously shown immunohistologically that, for the early larval stages of L1 and L2, the antigen was detected in both Z2 and Z3 cells as well as in somatic cells. Primary Identifier  Expr2687
Subcellular Localization  Distributed ubiquitously in the cytoplasm.
