• Pattern: Expression was observed in a subset of neurons in the head, nerve ring, and ventral nerve cord including some motor neurons. pcgk-1C::GFP was also found in several neurons in the tail, one of these was PQR. GFP was also expressed in the pharyngeal marginal cells, body muscle, intestine, vulva muscles, and spermathecae.
