• Pattern: In L4 larvae expressing the PCM-1::GFP construct, there appears to be high levels of cytoplasmic expression in the body wall, vulva, enteric and pharengyl muscles, all neural cords, neuronal cell bodies (head region, lateral interneurons and tail region), gonad, distal tip and spermatheca. This expression pattern remained the same for all normal larval stages observed, excluding embryos in which no pcm-1 expression was observed. Authors did not detect significant expression in intestinal tissues.
