Expression Pattern :

Pattern  pry-1 expression revealed expression in almost all tissues during development. Expression in seam cells, neuronal cells, muscles, hypodermis, and intestine was readily visible. The most enriched tissues include neurons and muscles. A closer examination of GFP localization in developing animals revealed bright fluorescence in the ventral cord region, which includes neuronal and non-neuronal cells. The expression was largely similar in adults, although the fluorescence was much higher in BWMs. The posterior end of the intestine, near the rectal opening, showed a strong signal in L4 and adult animals; however, the rest of the intestine lacked a detectable expression. a cellular object that consists of subcellular components, expresses genes or functions. Cell Cell type WBbt:0004017
Major cell type of nervous tissue, specialized for transmission of information in the form of patterns of impulses. neuron neurone WBbt:0003679
Contractile cell that makes up muscle tissue. muscle cell   WBbt:0003675
a group of hypodermal cells that lie along the apical midline of the hypodermis, at the extreme left and right sides between nose and tail seam cell lateral hypodermis WBbt:0005753
primary cell type that forms the hypodermis. hypodermal cell   WBbt:0007846
any of 20 large epithelial cells which form a tube and are mostly situated as bilaterally symmetric pairs around the tubular lumen. Each of these cell pairs forms an intestinal ring ( II-IX int rings). The most anterior intestinal ring (int ring I), however, is made of four cells. Intestinal cells contain large nuclei with large nucleoli and numerous autofluorescent granules in their cytoplasm. intestinal cell   WBbt:0005792
