Expression Pattern :

Pattern  Wild-type animals showed ubiquitous and uniform expression restricted to the cytoplasm as early as the two cell stage. This pattern persisted to the onset of elongation. RHGF-2 protein expression may be stronger in the seam cells post-elongation, around the 3-fold stage. The RHGF-2 antibody also detected expression in the nervous system starting around the 1.5 fold stage. RHGF-2 also lined the borders of cell in the pharyngeal lumen. Primary Identifier  Expr12331
