    Expr1813 CeTLF expression was detected at the two-cell stage, and this ubiquitous nuclear staining persisted, including the germ line precursors, until the end of embryogenesis. When tested by immunohistochemistry on C. elegans embryos, these antibodies detected a protein localized in the nucleus. Staining was specific since the peptide used to raise the antibodies effectively abolished the nuclear staining when used as a competitor in immunostaining reactions.
