Pattern  nck-1 genomic::gfp is expressed in many tissues including epidermal cells, nervous system, intestine and pharynx. In the adults, GFP was observed in the intestine, pharynx, vulva, uterus, head neurons, ventral nerve cord, excretory canal cell, seam cells, gonads, ray sub lineages and the adult male tail.
