Expression Pattern :

Pattern  First detected prior to hatching, staying constant in most cells throughout the larval and adult stages. Expression seen predominantly in neurons, ventral nerve cord, DA, DB, VA, and VB class-set throughout the entire length of the cord and several pharyngeal neurons. Cytoplasmic expression is also seen in the dorsal cord, in the processes of DA3-7, DB1-7, PDB. Also in pair of unidentified neurons of lateral ganglia. In the male tail, expression is detected in the DVA neuron and the glial cells (Balpha.1/rd and Bgammapl/r)that form the socket for the spicule starting at the L4 stage. Primary Identifier  Expr626
